• We will respond to your enquiry or order within 24 hours. If you do not received any reply within 24 hours, please check your SPAM or JUNK folder in your e-mail.
• Payment can be made to our Maybank or Cimb or Paypal.Overseas customers are advised to use paypal as the mode of payment with additional charge of 3% from total value of the purchase.No additional charge for Malaysian customers who intended to pay via Paypal.
  
• Full payment plus shipping cost must be paid within 12hours once item is confirmed. Do note that these items are in limited quantity and deplete very fast.There is no free shipping level. Shipping charges will be bear by customer.
• Wholesale orders are shipped by Pos Malaysia tracable parcel as it is much cheaper and traceble.Poslaju & EMS is upon request
• Once payment is received, order will be dispatch the next working day except for jewellery wholesale order pls allow 5 days maximum for your order to be shipped out. Tracking number will be given to customer.
